Hi I am Mrs. Langel and I am so excited for this year to start! This will be my 17th year as a teacher at Gombert!! This year is starting out a little differently than most years but I know that together we will have a fun filled year full of learning new things and becoming a classroom community. I received my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa (Go Hawks!) I have a master’s degree in Curriculum Instruction as well as a master’s degree in Reading. I also received my National Board Certification in 2013. My husband and I have three children, a son entering into 9th grade, a daughter entering into sixth grade, and a son entering into first grade.
