Dr. Tullio Ricci is a researcher at the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV, Italy) where he has been working since 2008. His research focuses on multidisciplinary and multidimensional imaging of volcanoes, including characterization of hydrothermal systems and volcanic structures, fluid circulation, degassing processes, volcanic hazards, explosive eruptive dynamics and risk perception for volcanic hazards, with implications for volcano monitoring, hazard assessment and human health.
