Biography

Chris Juhl: I have been teaching in the Independence School District for six years. I was born and raised a mustang and I am happy to be back in the district. I previously taught 9-12 art in the Vinton-Shellsburg school district for 20 years and prior to that, I taught k-12 art in the Boyer Valley Community School district for 4 years. I am married to Terry Juhl and have 2 children, Amber Juhl and Jake Juhl.

Education:

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education with an emphasis in Ceramics from University of Northern Iowa (UNI), Cedar Falls, Iowa. Graduation Date: Dec 1991
