Two Ph.D. positions (preferably CSIR-UGC JRFs) are currently open in our Research Group (for starting the Ph.D. program in the August '26 Semester). The interviews for the PhD admissions at IISERB are scheduled in May 2026. Please see the IISERB website for more details.
We're open to supporting Post-doc candidates who would like to apply for their own fellowships (like ANRF NPDF, DST-WISE, CSIR-RA, UGC Post-doc, Dr. S. Radhakrishnan UGC Post-Doctoral Fellowship, DST-Young Scientist, DST Women-Scientist Award, INSPIRE Faculty Award, etc.). Applications are welcome throughout the year.
At this moment, summer internship applications are closed for the year 2026. Applications for summer internships at IISERB are submitted via a common portal (advertised every year tentatively in March/April on the IISERB website). Kindly contact MK sometime before December 2026 for summer internships starting in May 2027. Candidates with a good academic background and who are entering (or have completed) the 3rd year of a BS program or the 1st year of an MS program in Chemistry may apply.
