Application Servers (IIS): At the center are the HRPro application servers, which power the Employee Portal and Web Clients for both internal and external users.

Internal & External Employee Portal: Employee can access their HR information through web browsers on desktop computers or mobile devices. The portal is accessible both from within the organization and remotely, ensuring convenience for all employees.

Internal & External Web Clients: HR officers and management use internal web clients to handle HR operations securely. External web clients allow authorized users to connect from outside the organization (e.g., Work From Home scenario), protected by firewall layers.

Mobile EPortal: The system supports access via smartphones and tablets, enabling employees to check information and perform tasks on the go.

Database (SQL Server): All system data is stored securely in a Microsoft SQL Server database, ensuring fast data retrieval and reliability.

Email Integration (SMTP): HRPro integrates with email servers for notifications, alerts, and communications—supporting both internal (e.g., Microsoft Exchange) and external (e.g., Office 365, Gmail) mail systems.

Security: Connections between users and the system are protected with firewalls and secure access methods, ensuring data privacy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

資料庫 (SQL Server)：所有系統數據均安全儲存在 Microsoft SQL Server 資料庫中，確保資料存取快捷及可靠。

電郵整合 (SMTP)：HRPro 可與電郵伺服器整合作通知、提示及通訊，兼容內聯網 (如 Microsoft Exchange) 及外部 (如 Office 365、Gmail) 郵件系統。

安全性：用戶與系統之間的連線均受防火牆及安全存取方式保護，保障資料私隱並符合法規要求。
