Root Cause

• The server lacks the Arial Unicode MS (ARIALUNI.TTF) font needed for CJK glyph rendering in the reports, common in ASP.NET setups without Microsoft Office. Corruption or installation issues prevent GDI+ access, affecting multilingual PDFs.

根本原因

• 伺服器缺少用於報表中 CJK 字形渲染的 Arial Unicode MS (ARIALUNI.TTF) 字型，這在未安裝 Microsoft Office 的 ASP.NET 環境中很常見。

Solution Steps

• Locate ARIALUNI.TTF in the fonts subfolder of HRPro WebClient or EPortal site directory.

• ​Right-click the file in Windows Explorer, select "Install for all users" to add it system-wide.

• Reboot the server to ensure IIS and reporting services reload the font.

解決步驟
