About the Teacher

Hello,

             My name is Allison Kolody, and I will be your child’s teacher this year.  I am beginning my seventh year at Holy Family, however prior to Holy Family, I taught for thirteen years in a daycare/preschool environment including 6 years of teaching pre-kindergarten.  While teaching at my previous school, I also spent 2 years teaching toddlers and 5 years with infants.  I must say that I am extremely excited about this school year and the new things we are going to learn.

             Originally, I am from Philadelphia, however after getting married, I relocated to Aston about 18 years ago.  Before moving permanently, I spent time in Aston during my college years at Neumann University from which I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood / Elementary Education.  Currently, I have two children enrolled in Holy Family, Christopher who is entering the ninth grade, and Hunter who is entering the sixth grade.  Both of my children have been enrolled at Holy Family since Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten.
