Form

Here are some notes on creating and manipulating Forms; and inserting a Form onto a Site. You can use the hyperlinked Table of Contents at the beginning to jump to a specific section, or the "Back to ToC" links to jump back to the top of the notes. Alternatively, use the scroll bar on the side of the notes pane to scroll up or down to browse the notes.
