No. 10 Scalpel

The reason many of you are here

This is the No. 10 scalpel.  I designed this blade to be small, comfortable, and convenient to carry everyday.  While designing it I thought of all the things I do with a knife on a daily basis.  This included opening boxes, cutting rope or string, and small detail tasks not suited for larger blades.  Many of you know I'm in healthcare for my day job so a scalpel was a natural progression.  Medical scalpel designs use a numbering system and I thought the number 10 would best fit this use and ran with it.  My number 10 is a 2" blade with an overall length of 6". 

The sheath is made of leather for maximum comfort of carry.  It sits deep in the pocket and you will barely notice that it's there.  I use an Ulticlip slim which provides ultimate retention in the pocket for easy one hand retrieval.
