Resale Packages

If you are selling your home in Hilltop Estates you need to order a resale package. The package includes our covenants, bylaws, and an HOA inspection of your exterior property condition. Packages are good for 30 days from the date the inspection is performed, and must be valid on date of settlement.

The standard cost is $50 and will be provided within 2 weeks of order. If you wish to expedite your order there is a $50 rush charge to get it within a week, and a $100 rush charge to get it within 3 days.
