Payments for the July 2025 - June 2026 Trash & Recycle service ($265) are now being accepted. Please submit payment by June 30, 2025. Late payments incur a $20 fee and may result in service suspension. Area Refuse may retrieve recycling bins, with redelivery subject to an additional charge.

Included Services:

• Weekly curbside household refuse and recycling collection

• One (1) 64-gallon recycling toter per household (provided by Area Refuse Service)

• Free replacement of broken cans; lost/stolen cans incur a $95 fee

• Annual yard waste collection (16 scheduled pickups)

• One (1) Christmas tree collection (date TBD)

• Two (2) 30-yard roll-off dumpsters for community cleanup (twice a year)

Additional Services:

• Curbside bulk collection (billed to homeowner)

• Roll-off dumpsters for individual households (billed at standard rates)

You may also donate to The Sykesville Volunteer Fire Department or contribute to the Fun Fund, supporting events like the block party and holiday lights festival.

1. E-Check/ACH through Zelle: Send payments to Hilltop21784@gmail.com. Add the 1% Zelle fee, for a total of $267.65.  QR Code Below.

3. Check Payment: $265 + $5 processing fee = $270 total

   1. By Mail: The Hilltop Company, PO Box 232, Sykesville, MD 21784.

   2. Drop-off: HOA box at 7278 Pommel Drive (behind the hose reel near the front door—no need to knock, monitored by security cameras).

Important: Due to ongoing mail theft, both the post office and HOA strongly advise against mailing checks, as timely delivery cannot be guaranteed.
