Welcome to Highland Middle School. In the students' three years at HMS, we will help them learn, problem solve, think, reason, develop independence, accept responsibility, and explore. The middle school years are a time when students should stretch their horizons to discover their talents and interests. We will encourage this in academics, the fine arts, and athletics. Parents play an important role in every child's education. I look forward to working with you so that every child can have a great experience at Highland Middle School.
