The Finance Policies referenced are prepared for all Hesston College employees. They provide policies our employees may encounter during their employment and include some procedures that employees may find helpful throughout their tenure.
These policies assist the college in procuring needed goods and services, assure proper authorizations are obtained for such acquisitions, and provide accountability. Hesston College’s finance, business, and related support services are managed by the VP Finance & Auxiliary Services, assisted by staff in the Business Office. Questions related to any of these policies can be directed to Business Office staff.
It is important to note that the policies in this guide can be changed from time to time. It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure understanding of the policies and procedures as well as any revisions.
