Hesston College Policies

Hesston College has numerous policies, philosophies and procedures presented from different areas of the college and for different purposes. A document is available for employees to review that describes the process to propose a policy, procedure or philosophy that will be required of faculty and/or staff. Each college department or area (i.e. HR, IT, Facilities, etc.) is ultimately responsible for the creation, approval and implementation of their respective documents. The goal is to have these stored in one centralized location so faculty and staff can easily access these documents when needed. Departmental processes and procedures can be completed at their respective level without following this process, but using the template and overall concept within your department to ensure continuity is encouraged.
