Throughout the year, the HHS Health Office nurses go through the students charts to make sure their immunizations are up to date. It is our position that the closer we get to 100% compliance, the better our chances for keeping our entire community healthy. With that in mind, you might be hearing from us occasionally about any missed or out of date vaccination.
You can help us achieve our goal by making sure your child is up to date at each Well Child Visit and obtaining a copy of updated immunizations for your child's health record in our office.
