Sora is OverDrive's app for ebooks and audiobooks available to school communities. Student and staff passwords to log into this app are the same as what is used for logging into other devices in the school. Starting in the fall of 2018, schools in the Madison Oneida BOCES bought into this service and began to purchase ebooks and audiobooks to allow sharing across the BOCES system.

Digital book library for kids 12 and under. From Epic!: "Epic!'s digital library includes many of the best kids books, popular ebooks, and videos such as Fancy Nancy, Big Nate, Warriors, and National Geographic Kids." You can set up a free trial for 30 days but some of the teachers also have free educator accounts for our students with class codes that can be used to access the database.
Learning Ally has the world’s largest audio textbook library with over 80,000 human-narrated books that are audio-only or VOICEtext, the unique learning solution that highlights words and sentences as students read. It offers accommodation for students with a learning disability, dyslexia, blindness, vision impairment and/or physical handicap.
Bookshare makes reading easier. People with dyslexia, blindness, cerebral palsy, and other reading barriers can customize their experience to suit their learning style and find virtually any book they need for school, work, or the joy of reading. Bookshare® is available only for individuals who have a qualifying reading or perceptual disability, a visual impairment, or a physical disability that affects their ability to read printed works.
