Program Description

ELAC is a parent run organization that looks at critical issues associated with the Monte Vista EL population and offers suggestions to the school on how to better serve these students.  ELAC stands for "English Learner Advisory Committee."  It is composed of five or more members that serve as President, Vice President, Secretary, and DELAC representative.  The ELAC groups meets 4 times throughout the school year.
