Microsoft has done something similar to Apple where you need to create an account, a Microsoft Live (Outlook) account, to install Apps on your Windows 10 Laptop Tablet. It is like adding apps on an iPad, where users must have an iTunes account.
Your laptop tablet will prompt you to create an account when you try to add an App. This account is a personal account and it is unrelated to Greenwood.
If you do add Apps to your Windows 10 laptop tablet, try adding these apps from the Windows App store (they are free):
Google Drive App (by Google)
Google Gmail App (by Google)
