Understanding Report Cards
Students will complete weekly & monthly assessments in first grade. Student reading, writing, and math benchmark assessments will reflect growth throughout the academic year. Although students do not receive “letter grades,” work sent home will reflect district first-grade report card guidelines and expectations. Within the first quarter of school, we will meet for a conference to discuss your child’s individual learning goals. If you ever have any questions about your child’s progress, please feel free to contact me to set up a conference.
