As a TLIM school we believe that all students have leadership qualities and we help our students discover their hidden genius and FIND THEIR VOICE. The Leader In Me is based on Stephen Covey's book "7 Habits of Highly Effective People". We teach our students how to use these skills to develop relationships with others, solve problems, set goals, and celebrate accomplishments beyond the classroom.
