Each year our cadets are required to develop goals that are submitted to Headquarters. Each goal must meet SMART standards. (Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Time(cost) frame).

1) 60% of cadet corps earn the Dress and Appearance ribbon for the 2024/2025 school year.
2) 45% of cadet corps participate in concessions (Athletic Department/JROTC) during the 2024/2025 school year.
so far from Fall/Winter Sports we have 42% of corps volunteering time at Concessions.😀
1) Plan and execute at least four (4) recruiting events at Carolina and "feeder" schools.
2) Assist the cafeteria and custodial staffs with the annual Thanksgiving meal. Cadets will learn the basics of kitchen safety to assist with prep and clean-up.

3) Clean/wash at least five (5) faculty vehicles during the November 2024 Teacher Appreciation Carwash.

1) Five (5) cadets participate in "Boo in the Zoo" event at the Greenville Zoo, earning a total of 80 community service hours.
COMPLETED! 8 cadets volunteered 103.5 hours this year 🥳
2) Plan and execute for school-wide yard sale with at least ten (10) cadets volunteering to host the event.
Each Cadet should be briefed Monthly by their Flight Commander on the status of reaching the goals.
Fund Raising & Community Service ideas should be presented to the Corps Commander at the weekly staff meeting.Other goals in the past have been field trips to the CNN, Charleston, Ft Jackson, air shows, local war museums, to fly in a C-130 or C-17, visit Donaldson Center, first ever military parade or military dining- in to be held at Carolina High, as well as 8 scheduled trips this school year to Harvest Hope food pantry to help build boxes, sort food, and provide a valuable service to the community.Fund Raising participation and Community Service hours will count towards field trip eligibility, as well as passing grades. Do your share to be eligible to participate in the field trips.
