Policies

Even though Goodwill is a principles-based organization, we do have policies that must be respected for legal or safety reasons. Most policies are in the employee handbook. You can access your handbook inside Workday, by clicking Handbooks & Policies on the home page.

(Note: there are some differences depending on your division. If you're on the education side of things, look at your specific GEI Handbook. Commercial Services has a GWCS Handbook. For everyone else, the generic GCSI Handbook is best.)
