The Leadership Series is designed for leaders to gain the professional skills to not only grow, but flourish.
The Leadership Series has six monthly seminars on topics ranging from coaching models to change management, designed to ensure leaders have the skills and habits that will be applicable at the next level.
In addition, monthly group accountability coaching will develop and evaluate participants' individual growth. The group will review class content and discuss how it relates to the workplace. Participants will explore real-life problems and discuss potential solutions in a safe space.
The Leadership Series is split into two groups: Level 1 and Level 2. As a general rule, Level 1 leaders include managers in support departments, site supervisors or site leaders, nurse supervisors, and lead teachers. Level 2 leaders include directors and senior directors. All divisions and departments are eligible.
If you're interested in applying, tell your manager—they will be asked to sponsor your nomination. Ultimately, the executive team finalizes the participant list.
