FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS TO ATTEND THIS YEAR'S RETREAT:
Complete the application form. You must be logged into Google with your glenbrook225.org username to access this form and it can be submitted any time prior to the end of the school day on Friday, October 17th, 2025. IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING THE FORM, PLEASE SIGN OUT OF ALL GOOGLE ACCOUNTS EXCEPT YOUR GLENBROOK EMAIL ACCOUNT!
A signed copy of the following Snowball forms (which can be downloaded here and are also attached at the bottom of the Google Form application linked above). Please note that signatures are required on all four of these forms! These forms can be submitted to the bookstore starting the morning of Monday, September 9 until the end of the school day on Friday, October 17, 2025.
Application Guidelines (parent/guardian and student signatures required)
Permission Slip and Waiver (parent/guardian signature required)
Student Conduct and Expectations (parent/guardian and student signatures required)
Field Trip Medical Information Form (filled out and signed by parent/guardian). All medications (over the counter and prescription) will be held by staff and administered as needed throughout the retreat.
A payment of $210 will be due to the bookstore AFTER the student has been notified if they have been accepted to attend Snowball. This will be noted on the student’s financial obligations record with the bookstore. The bookstore hours of operation are 7:15 am until 3:15 pm Monday through Friday.
Participation in this retreat is limited to 90 applicants. If over 90 students submit applications, students will be accepted utilizing a lottery system with consideration given to taking an equal number of boys and girls and an equal number of freshman, sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
FEES
The total cost for the retreat is $210. This fee includes transportation, food, lodging, workshop materials, outside speakers and a t-shirt. If you are on free or reduced status with the district, please contact an Adult Director for more information regarding your payment options.
PAYMENT/ REFUND POLICY:
If a student needs to withdraw prior to the retreat, contact the Adult Directors (contact information below) ASAP. They will do their best to refund as much money as possible depending on financial commitments that have already been made for Snowball.
It is strongly recommended that your student checks his or her personal calendar closely and communicates with sponsors or coaches about any potential implications for their involvement in those activities before committing to Snowball.
