I = Introduce: Develop an awareness of topics/skills.
R = Reinforce: Use skills, when prompted, in increasingly complicated contexts.
P = Practice: Demonstrate progression towards independent understanding of the ideas and concepts.
M = Mastery: Independently apply skills without prompting by end of indicated grade.
