Mission Statement

The Glastonbury Public Schools Library Media Department is committed to teaching the skills and providing the resources necessary for meeting the informational literacy needs of students and staff. The Library Media program develops effective and responsible users of ideas and information while promoting the enjoyment and importance of reading.

Glastonbury Public Schools Welcomes New Director of ELA/LM Grades K-5

Please join us in welcoming Angela Buccheri Director of English/Language Arts and Library Media (K-5).

For the past seven years, Mrs. Buccheri has served as Humanities Curriculum Coordinator for Wallingford Public Schools. Mrs. Buccheri is a collaborative leader who builds strong systems to support both students and educators. She is recognized for her expertise in literacy instruction, commitment to the science of reading, and ability to lead with clarity and purpose.
