GEF Internship

GEF Internship Opportunity for Students

Glastonbury Art Department works to offer students the ability to bring their learning into action by obtaining real-world experience through this internship with the Glastonbury Education Association. Students who are interested can apply through one of their Art teachers to join the GEF Internship. Once accepted students will be given the opportunity to work with the GEF committees to design, present, and produce their publications, posters, and web marketing materials.

Students will have the opportunity to work on the GEF Galla and the Bill Landers 5K Run materials.

Commitment:

• Responsible for developing graphics that will be used in various sizes and formats. May include Vector art when needed for specialty items

• Meet with GEF Marketing committee to ascertain image needs and sense of organization’s brand.

• Work within deadlines to produce graphics

• Must work in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (training can be provided)

1-2 year commitment
