Reservations are held with a debit or credit card. Schools wishing to pay by institutional check may do so at check-out.

New State of Georgia Required Tax Exemption Forms and Policies:
You must submit at check-in applicable tax forms. Modifying the taxes after check-in increases the likelihood of triggering a detailed audit – either by the state or Marriott. And – very important point – sales taxes are only waived if paying with a government issued form of payment – credit card or check. If being reimbursed on an expense report, taxes are still applied. The local hotel/motel exemption would still apply, provided paperwork is turned in upon check-in. AND, the $5 transportation fee is not waived for anyone.
