Probiotics are defined as live microorganisms that are thought to provide a health benefit to the person eating them. Probiotics are natural, "friendly" bacteria found in yogurts and other cultured foods.
BB-12 - What is it?
BB-12 is a probiotic naturally found in the gastrointestinal tract. It has been shown to have a positive impact on the immune system and to help intestinal function.
Our Yogurt
Our yogurt beverage, fortified with BB-12, is produced by the Berkey Creamery at The Pennsylvania State University. The Creamery at Penn State has produced yogurt and other dairy products for over 150 years.
