Our Students have the opportunity to be ServSafe Certified. It is an actual certification highly valued and required in the Food Industry. Legislation has recently changed requiring all food establishments to have a person with a ServSafe Certification, to be on premise, at all times. This certification can open many doors for our students.
Gaston County CTE teaches professionalism, industry skills, and entrepreneurial ideals. We are proud of our students and want to see them graduate with a purpose!
I am now using Google Classroom. Your student will have assignments given to them through a classroom link. They will view video clips, articles, assignments through this classroom. They will create and turn in projects all online, saving paper and helping us stay organized!
