Important information for those competing at Freestyle & Greco State 2024:
Must pre-register by April 18th.
Cost:
Pre-registered AND Pre-paid by Friday, April 12th: $30 for one style / $50 for both
Pre-registered AND Pre-paid after Friday, April 12th: $40 for one style / $60 for both
Onsite Registration: $50 for one style / $100 for both
Practices:
Thursday 4/18/24 -- Practice @ Redmond 5:30pm to 7pm or Practice at Crook Co. HS 6:30pm to 8pm.
Friday 4/19/24 -- Freestyle/Greco State Travel and weight-in day. More TBA
Saturday 4/20 -- State Freestyle Tournament @ Newberg HS
Sunday 4/21 -- State Greco Tournament @ Newberg H.S.
Monday 4/29 -- Best on Best Central Oregon Practice: 6pm to 8pm
Monday 5/6 -- Best on Best Central Oregon Practice: 6pm to 8pm
Monday 5/13 -- Best on Best Central Oregon Practice: 6pm to 8pm
Monday 5/20 -- Best on Best Central Oregon Practice: 6pm to 8pm
Monday 5/27 -- Memorial Day--- OFF-- No practice
Monday 6/3 -- Best on Best Central Oregon Practice: 6pm to 8pm
Newberg, OR: State Championships for Freestyle and Greco. April 19, 20, 21. Let Coach Larwin know before spring break if you are for sure goig to compete at this event. Athletes will be supported that are commited to practices and want to participate. We have limited transportation and hotels available.

Wednesday 2/28 -- Final Day of Gear Return at Lunch in Room C-5. Fines will be reported today for head gear and/or singlets that have not been returned.
Thursday 2/29 -- 6pm to 7:30pm-- Freestyle/Greco Practice 6pm to 7:30pm at Bend High.
Sunday 3/3 -- Best on Best Practice at Oregon State University 2pm to 5pm (contact Coach Larwin if interested)
Monday 3/4 -- 7pm to 8:30pm Freestyle/Greco Practice at Bend High
Tuesday 3/5 -- 5:30pm at Redmond HS. Freestyle/Greco Practice
Thursday 3/7 -- Freestyle practice at BEND HIGH SCHOOL 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Monday 3/11 -- (no practice for BSH) End of the year Awards Night will be Monday March 11-- 6pm to 8:30pm or so...

Sunday 4/14/24 -- Best on Best Central Oregon Regional Training @ Bend High 2pm to 5pm

Tuesday 4/16/24 -- Practice @ Redmond 5:30pm to 7pm

Questions:What about USA Cards?
Answer: USA cards have been purchased and are available to all returning Bend High Wrestlers and all current 9th graders who have cleared for season #1.
Exception!! If you are going to turn 18 years old before August 31st, 2024 I cannot get your USA card until you do the following:
They will need to complete SafeSport training. In order to access the training, below are the three items to do at www.usawmembership.com, along with tutorial videos for anyone with questions.
