Weekly Practice/Events Details & Schedule
Monday 2/3/25--
6:45-AM to 7:59-AM -- Lift and Run bring running shoes
4-PM-- Practice for all levels 4pm to 6pm. (meeting: Senior Night, MVHS Dual line-up, Novice).
Tuesday 2/4/25--
Practice for all levels 4pm to 6pm (LIV, Goals)
Wednesday 2/5/25--
*Novice at Caldera -->
No Girls will compete at Caldera Novice.
2:45-PM meet in Wrestling Room for Weigh-in and team meeting
3:30-PM -- Load and leave for Caldera HS on School bus (one-way bus parents must pick-up at Caldera)
5:00-PM -- Wrestling starts at 5pm and ends at 8pm or maybe earlier.
*Parents must pick-up athlete at Caldera. There is NO bus ride back to BSH.
*Varsity Practice 4pm to 5:30pm
Thursday 2/6/25
MVHS League Dual Today at BSH
8:00- Wrestling room open
8:30AM - Team weigh-in and attendance check (we need everyone!-- TEAM).
Go to all your classes!
4:30 -PM meet in Wrestling room on weight.
5:00-PM Weigh-in at BSH Wrestling Room
6:00-PM JV matches start (as many JV matches as we can get!)
6:30-PM Girls Varsity Dual
7:15-PM Boys Varsity Dual and Senior Night.
Friday 2/7/25
Practice 4pm to 6pm for all levels
Saturday 2/8/25
Varsity 1 and Varsity 2 practice 8am to 9:30am (if you are slated to compete at any Regional Tournaments you are at this practice!)

Questions:What about USA Cards?
Answer: USA cards have been purchased and are available to all returning Bend High Wrestlers and all current 9th graders who have cleared for season #1.
Exception!! If you are going to turn 18 years old before August 31st, 2024 I cannot get your USA card until you do the following:
They will need to complete SafeSport training. In order to access the training, below are the three items to do at www.usawmembership.com, along with tutorial videos for anyone with questions.
