Weekly Practice/Events Details & Schedule:

Freestyle/Greco Practices are as follows during the spring:

Mondays-- At Bend High 6pm to 8pm for the "BEST on BEST Central Oregon. Must have valid USA Wrestling membership for 2026.  Enter through the East single blue door (facing 9th St.).  Cancelled on Monday 5/25 

Tuesday-- At Redmond HS 5:30pm to 7pm or at Mountain View HS 5:30pm to 7pm.  Wherever you go make sure you have a partner.  Must have valid USA Wrestling membership for 2026. 

Thursday-- At Redmond HS 5:30pm to 7pm or at Mountain View HS 5:30pm to 7pm.  Wherever you go make sure you have a partner.  Must have valid USA Wrestling membership for 2026. 

-Best on Best Central Oregon will be every Monday 6pm to 8pm March 9th through June 8th,

-April 17th, 18th and 19th: Freestyle and Greco-Roman State Tournament @ Deschutes County Fair and Expo.  Coaching will be available at this event.

-Registration Deadline is Thursday April 16th at 9:00-PM

-Weigh-ins: 6pm to 7pm on Friday April 17th. 

-Freestyle tournament is Saturday (see link above)

-Greco is Sunday (see link above) 

-Athletes must pre-register and pre-pay themselves!

Questions:What about USA Cards?   

Answer: USA cards have been purchased and are available to all returning Bend High Wrestlers and all current 9th graders who have cleared for season #1.  

Exception!!  If you are going to turn 18 years old before August 31st, 2024 I cannot get your USA card until you do the following:

They will need to complete SafeSport training.  In order to access the training, below are the three items to do at www.usawmembership.com, along with tutorial videos for anyone with questions.
