Weekly Practice/Events Details & Schedule:

-Monday--1/5 -- 6:40-AM morning lifting & conditioning.   Practice 4pm to 5:30pm

-Tuesday-- 1/6 -- Practice 4pm to 6pm 

-Wednesday -- 1/7 -- Agenda for practices and JV/Novice @ Ridgeview

-Morning Lift and Drill for Varsity Athletes and Girls Team 6:40-AM to 7:50-AM

-Practice for Varsity Boys & All Girls (4pm to 5:30pm) 

*JV/Novice at Ridgeview:

-2:25pm - Meet in wrestling room 2:25pm for weight-ins and team meeting.

-3:00pm - Load and leave on school bus for Ridgeview 3pm to 3:15pm 

-4pm -- start warm-up, bracketing at 4:30pm

-5pm-- wrestling starts at 5pm and Ends at 8pm.  Athletes riding home with parents must sign the "sign-out sheet." 

-Thursday 1/8 -- Home Dual vs. Mountain View @ Mountain View (find your own ride) 

- BSH wrestling room open for weight-checks and attendance 8:15AM to 8:30AM

-Excuse from school  @ 3:15pm 

- Weighins @ 4:30-PM in the main gym of Mountain View gym Balcony. 

-JV boys Matches & girls exhibitions @ 5:30-PM 

-Varsity Girls Matches @ 6:00-PM 

-Varsity Boys Matches @ 7:05-PM (approximately) 

*There is not a bus back to BSH because this event is find your ride... No transport is provided. 

*All eligible wrestlers will likely compete. 

-Friday- 1/9 -- Select Boys Varsity practices at Pilot Butte 4pm to 6pm. All other boys practice at BSH 4pm to 6pm. 

-Girls excused from school at 2:28pm for Lady Dragon Tournament Travel. Girls team will practice then leave for Salem & Dallas OR.   The tournament happens on Saturday.  Girls should check Lady Dragon Itinerary provided at practice. 

-Saturday- 1/10 --  Boys have practice 8am to 10am.  Girls at Lady Dragon at Dallas HS (see itinerary given)

Questions:What about USA Cards?   

Answer: USA cards have been purchased and are available to all returning Bend High Wrestlers and all current 9th graders who have cleared for season #1.  

Exception!!  If you are going to turn 18 years old before August 31st, 2024 I cannot get your USA card until you do the following:

They will need to complete SafeSport training.  In order to access the training, below are the three items to do at www.usawmembership.com, along with tutorial videos for anyone with questions.
