If you are injured outside of a CISD practice or game you will be required to bring a doctor's note before we can do any further evaluations or begin any rehab sessions.

For all injuries that occur during a CISD practice or game the athletic training staff will evaluate, treat, rehabilitate your injuries, and work with each athlete individually to determine a course of action for returning to practices and games. The athletic training staff will also help athletes and their families with doctor's referrals if they are needed for further diagnostic testing.

Middle School Evaluations

If your middle school athlete gets injured during a CISD practice or game they can see one of the high school athletic trainers for an injury evaluation. These evaluations are done by appointment only. Please contact your middle school coach to schedule a time.
