Ms. Wheeler

My name is Rachel Wheeler. I grew up in Frisco, TX and am a Frisco ISD alumni. I graduated from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a  certification in Early Childhood. I stayed in Oklahoma to teach for a year and a half before moving back home. This will be my third year in Frisco ISD with the Sonntag Family! 

I am married to my sweet husband, Logan. We have two pups, Moe Bean and Butter Bean. When I am not at school, I love spending time with friends and family, reading at coffee shops, swimming, and eating yummy food! 

I am so excited to get to know your child this year. My goal is to ensure that students know they are valued and deeply cared for by fostering relationships and creating a safe, consistent, and positive environment. By providing students with high expectations and unlimited encouragement, I hope to help students have confidence in themselves and their abilities. I believe every child can grow academically and personally, and I look forward to partnering with you to support your child in that growth this year.

I cannot wait for a fantastic year in Kindergarten!
