Recess
Heat / Heat Index
When the temperature reaches 94 degrees or the temperature heat index is 100 degrees, the students will not go outside for recess.
Winter Outdoor Recess
32 degrees and higher and 32 degrees wind-chill factor and higher. Example: if the temperature is 40 degrees and the wind-chill is 22, indoor recess happens.
Lunch
Foods containing or made in factories where peanuts and tree nuts are manufactured are allowed in the cafeteria.
Parents and guests are welcome to join their child for lunch at one of the parent tables. Parents and guests may bring outside food to enjoy with their child, but may not share any food with others. Parents may only sit with their child and not their child's friends.
