• (*Action Required) Get your athlete signed up for the Pearson Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp.  This is not sport specific but will work on weight lifting as well as speed and agility in order to be ready for the coming seasons.

Athletic Paperwork (*Action Required)

Physical Paperwork (*Action Required)

• Complete a UIL Physical and turn it in electronically using rankone. If you do not have a primary care physician you may get one at Care Now. Please double-check that the areas in yellow have been completed prior to submission.

  • All physicals must be completed AFTER MAY 1, 2023.

• Description: All Frisco ISD athletes must complete and pass a UIL physical. This consists of the Parents/Guardians filling out a Medical History form, as well as a doctor completing a physical exam. RankOne will NOT update this automatically so please be patient with us as we approve physicals in RankOne.

• All athletes will need a new physical each year. 

• Physicals need to be turned in via digital Submission in Rankone ONLY! 

RankOne Paperwork (*Action Required)

• AFTER MAY 1ST - complete the required paperwork on Rankone. Click HERE to get started. 

• Description: In order to participate in FISD athletics, every family must complete the paperwork permission forms on Rankone. Please be very thorough, make sure to sign ALL the documents, and check ALL boxes. Step-by-step instructions can be found by clicking HERE.

• The forms do not need to be printed out or turned in.  They are submitted online when you finish. This section will be completed once filled out on the RankOne site. Watch this video if you need help completing the information.
