Rachael Cook

My name is Rachael Cook and I am so excited to be a fifth-grade teacher this year. This is my fourth year teaching at Norris! I grew up in Richardson, Texas, and attended college at the University of North Alabama. I have my Bachelor of Arts in Music Business and Mass Communication. Before teaching I worked in a community setting in both the music and fashion industries. I started my teaching journey in 2020 and have a teaching certification for grades Kinder through 6th Grade.

In my free time, I like to spend time with my two furry children, Olive and Juneau. I am a lover of the color green, reading, fashion, and creativity. When I get to travel I love going to Alaska to spend time with my family.

In the classroom, I value communication and creativity. Every idea and thought is heard. I can't wait to start this journey with each and every student. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
