Mrs. Mahaffey

Welcome! My name is Sydney Mahaffey. I am going into my 6th year of teaching! I am originally from Tennessee and moved to Texas in the summer of 2022. I have my degree in Early Childhood Education and also have a Master's in Literacy. Outside of school I love playing with my son, dancing, baking, reading, and traveling. This year will be my 3rd year leading the Nichols Dance Crew for 2nd and 3rd graders. I look forward to meeting this year's 2nd graders and seeing how much they grow!
