Hi there! I’m Ms. Cummings and I’m so excited to be your 4th grade teacher this year!

This is my second year in fourth grade, and I can’t wait for all the learning, growing, and fun ahead.

I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Elementary Education, and I absolutely love working with students to grow in their reading and writing skills. Helping students build confidence and find joy in learning is one of my favorite parts of teaching.

I’m originally from Kansas City, and now I’m loving life in the Dallas area — there’s always something new to explore! I’m a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Auburn Tigers (War Eagle! 🐅🏈). When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy reading, going for walks, being outside, and getting together with friends to explore Dallas.

I’m so excited for the year ahead and all the memories we’ll make in 4th grade together!
