What is a Google Form?

A Google Form is a way of collecting data into a spreadsheet by using a survey or questionnaire.

A Google Form has 2 parts - the survey and the spreadsheet.

You create a survey of questions you would like your recipients to answer. Their submitted answers pop into an organized spreadsheet for you.
