Mrs. Hollomon

Who gets butterflies at the beginning of every school year, loves the smell of fresh school supplies, and her classroom is her home away from home? Me! My name is Christy Hollomon, and I am thrilled to start a new school year with you and your family. I am anxiously anticipating my 17th year of teaching. Also, this is my 12th year to teach fourth grade in FISD.

When I am not at school, I love to spend time with my family. My husband is a theatre director at Lebanon Trail High School. He fills our lives with musicals and a love for theatre. My son, Dylan is an eleventh grader at Emerson High School. My daughter, Ella is excited to start seventh grade at Scoggins Middle School.

In closing, I am honored to be a part of your family’s year. I will work tirelessly to create an atmosphere that is inviting and engaging for your child. Through our joint effort, we can make this a highly successful and rewarding year for your child. My goal is to encourage them to be a lifelong reader and learner. I feel privileged to walk this school journey with you.
