¡Bienvenidos! Mi nombre es Vanessa Garcia. Estoy muy contenta de estar en la Primaria Carroll como maestra Bilingüe de Escritura y Ciencias. Este será mi segundo año como maestra. El año pasado trabajé como maestra de quinto grado en Mckinney. Me gradué de la universidad de North Texas con un Bachillerato en Educación Infantil con certificación bilingüe.

Nací en McKinney, TX. Soy la segunda de cinco hermanas. En mi tiempo libre me gusta ver películas y pasar tiempo con mi familia. 

¡Estoy muy emocionada de ser la maestra de su hijo/a este año escolar! ¡Sé que tendremos un año exitoso!

Hello! My name is Vanessa Garcia, I am very excited to start my second year as a teacher and my first at Carroll Elementary as the Third Grade Dual Language Writing and Science teacher. This will be my second year in education, I previously taught fifth grade in McKinney. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education with a bilingual certification.

I was born and raised in Mckinney, Texas. I am the second of five sisters. In my free time I enjoy watching movies and spending time with my family. 

I am so excited to be your child's teacher this school year! I know we will have a great year!
