Ms. Reynolds

Hi families! My name is Amelia Reynolds and I am so excited to work alongside you and your kindergartener this year! I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Elementary Education (woo pig!) in Spring 2023. I grew up in New England and moved to Pittsburgh, PA in middle school. My family moved to Frisco when I was in high school. I am very happy to be returning to the Carroll community for my second year of teaching. 

I have a 10 year old brother, Doc, who is entering fifth grade this year in FISD and my family has a Havanese dog named Livan. When I'm not at school, you can find me at FC Dallas games, staying active, reading, or crafting. This summer I started working as a barista!

As an educator, I believe that every student is capable of growth and I am dedicated to helping your student succeed. Our class will serve as a safe place for your students to grow into scholars and future-ready citizens. Kindergarten is hard work, but we will also play and explore social-emotional topics frequently. I hope that your student leaves my classroom with a love for school, excitement for learning, and a toolbox to help manage their feelings. I am ecstatic to be teaching kindergarten again and I look forward to getting to know you all and work in a partnership with you.
