Vanessa Garcia

¡Bienvenidos! Mi nombre es Vanessa Garcia. Estoy muy emocionada de comenzar mi tercer año como maestra y mi segundo año en la Primaria Carroll como maestra Bilingüe de Escritura y Ciencias para cuarto grado. Anteriormente enseñé tercero y quinto grado.  Me gradué de la universidad de North Texas con un Bachillerato en Educación Infantil con certificación bilingüe.

Nací en McKinney, TX. Soy la segunda de cinco hermanas. Tengo una hermosa bebe de 6 meses, llamada Gianna. En mi tiempo libre me gusta pasar tiempo con mi familia, leer con mi niña y ver películas. 

¡Estoy muy emocionada de ser la maestra de su hijo/a este año escolar! ¡Sé que tendremos un año exitoso!

Hello! My name is Vanessa Garcia, I am very excited to start my third year as a teacher and my second at Carroll Elementary as the Fourth Grade Dual Language Writing and Science teacher. This will be my third year in education, I previously taught third grade and fifth grade. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education with a bilingual certification.

I was born and raised in Mckinney, Texas. I am the second of five sisters. I have a very energetic 6 month old.  In my free time I enjoy spending time and playing games with my family, reading with my baby girl and watching movies. 

I am so excited to be your child's teacher this school year! I know we will have a great year!
