Mrs. Biddle

My name is Leah Biddle, and I’m so excited to be your child’s teacher this year! I’ve taught kindergarten for 22 wonderful years-19 of those years here at Anderson Nation! I was even honored to be named Teacher of the Year in 2023. I believe that strong relationships, joyful learning, and high expectations help our little learners thrive.

In our classroom, we laugh, grow, and build a love for learning through hands-on activities, positive routines, and lots of encouragement.  

I have been married to my husband George for 14 years.  We have 2 amazing kids!  Alaine is a 7th grader at Vandeventer Middle School (just right up the road) and attended Anderson kindergarten- 5th grade.  My son, Rhett, is a second grader here at Anderson and excited about his jump to pod 2 this year.  We have 3 cats and 4 box turtles that keep us entertained.

When I'm not at school I love reading, doing puzzles with my family, playing board games, going to eat Mexican food with my friends, and dreaming of vacations on the beach!
