Detailed Itinerary

Departure from Sahastradhara, Dehradun

Arrive Kharsali (Yamunotri) On arrival proceed for Yamnotri Dham approx 6 km by a pony. After the darshan, come back to Kharsali. (Guests have the option of taking palki also instead of a pony at extra cost).

Departure from Kharsali by helicopter to Harsil (Gangotri)

Arrive Harsil. The Gangotri temple is 24 km from the helipad and it takes about 45 minutes by road one way. 

Arrive at the Gangotri Temple. Attend the Puja arranged specially for you.

Drive to Harsil for Night Stay at cottages after the darshan. 

Detailed Itinerary 

After an early breakfast, leave Harsil for Phata (for Kedarnathji).

Arrive Phata (change of helicopter for going to Kedarnathji).

Dep. Phata/Sersi for Kedarnathji.

Arrive Kedarnath. Priority Darshan will be arranged for you.

Dep. from Kedarnathji for Phata

Arrive Phata/Sersi and proceed to Badrinathji

Arrive Badrinath. Attend the Puja.

Depart for Dehradun

Arrive Dehradun (Sahastradhara)

The above-given charges are inclusive of service tax.

Total passenger weight will not be in the excess of 320 Kgs (Maximum) Baggage Allowance 5Kgs/Person

Above Given Charges are for Helicopter only , Hotel,vehicle,Pony, Palki, special Pooja will be charged extra 

 Note:

                             The passenger may carry only one small pack of not more than 05 Kgs of weight in Flight.                            

                             Excess volume baggage would not be allowed on Helicopter flight. Keep Warm clothes with you on this Yatra, Rains can happen anytime during your travel.

                            The schedule given above is just indicative and timing will be advised 01day prior to charter, weather plays a pivotal role in this decision.

1.(a)  The costs include Aircraft Rental Crew Salaries, Maintenance, and Insurance, Fuel costs, In-flight catering, Route Navigation Charges, Landing and parking Charges. 

   (b)  FORCE MAJEURE: Operator does not hold itself responsible for non-operation of the charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as 1, Bad Weather 2, Poor Visibility 3, Non-Availability of clearances from ATC / Defense Authorities / Civil Administration.

2. Due to any reasons if the flight cannot take off from the Originating Station full amount will be refunded.

3. We obtain the destination weather before departure, However, if due to the sudden detention of weather en-route / destination, the aircraft can not land at the destination and has to return to Originating point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time should be chargeable and balance if any payable/refundable.

4. Operator/Its agents/staff/pilots are not responsible if any technical snag is developed in the Helicopter which cannot be rectified within the time limit and effects the operation of a flight. Clients are advised to keep time on hand in case weather goes down and yatra time is extended.

(c)     The 100%  Advance Payment ,Cheque / DD/RTGS/ in favor of M/s SAFE FLY AVIATION SERVICES Pvt.Ltd, New Delhi. Payment can also be given at 304 G+5 Building opp terminal 1 D IGI Airport New Delhi -110037 (12 pm to 04 pm)

(e) In the event of cancellation of the flight, the following amount is payable as cancellation charges     

·        After confirmation 10% of the total amount                                                         

·        4 days before schedule ETD 25% of the total amount

·       48 hrs. before schedule ETD 40% of the total amount

·       48 Hrs to 24 hrs. before schedule ETD 65 % of the total amount 

·       24 hrs. To schedule ETD 100 % of total amount.

Important Note : 

The company will not be held liable for any loss incurred by Guest such as missed flight/train tickets, accommodations, taxi etc in case the flight is disturbed due to weather /technical snag etc. Safe Fly will try to meet all its obligations to the best of its ability, but some things are beyond our control 

Safe Fly Aviation & its agents/broker/staff/crew shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of Helicopter or equipment's, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.  

Char Dham Helicopter Charter and Do Dham Helicopter Charter services for the year 2022 are proposed for  May starting dates will be finalized later by  March 2022 Helicopters for Yatra will be available from Dehradun Sahestradhara helipad for Gangotri Yamnotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath temples. We offer air charter service on aircraft's from Delhi IGI airport to Jolly Grant airport Dehradun also.
