2nd Six Weeks

Things are heating up in History as the Colonists are wanting a little bit of Independence! This Six Weeks will focus on the development of the United States, starting with the Declaration of Independence. After we declare Independence, we will then go straight into the American Revolution with one of our students favorite projects all year: Masterpiece Puppet Theater Presents: "The Revolution." Our students will be creating sack puppets and re-enacting the main points from the American Revolution. It is a lot of fun! Once America wins the war with England, our final focus for this Six Weeks will be the Constitution and our government established within this document.

The 2nd Six Weeks is challenging, but very fun!
