Here is a link to a Word document filled with information about Googlesites. Use it as a guide, or if you're not one for reading manuals, just start using Google immediately. Googlesites is very easy to use for most people.
Below you will find a way to get your site up and started very quickly using a premade FLHS teacher template.
Getting Started:
Log in using your Novell login name and password.
Click the "Sites" link near the top, and then click the "Create new site" button.
To use a template, and have the basic structure of your site, click on the "Browse the gallery for more" option, and look for "FLHS Teacher Site".

Name your site. (Brief is best.)
Click the "Create Site" button at the bottom.
Start building your site.
(Basically it all works like an online editing tool. It is very simple to use.)
When your site is ready, be sure to send me the URL, so I get it posted to the teacher web page.
After you've gotten settled and have the site requirements met, consider trying more ways to use this for instruction.
