First Steps Community Playgroup has played a prominent role in nurturing the children within Exeter for over 40 years.

Our first setting was based in St James' Church Hall, Mount Pleasant. Due to growing numbers of children, we
moved to the grounds of Stoke Hill Infant School in 2002.

We are a charitable organisation and are managed by a parent committee. Our committee do lots of fundraising throughout
the year and all monies raised are put towards enhancing the facilities and equipment for our children.
