Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR)
In the spring of 2019, DVR rolled out a new video called DVR 101: Getting Started with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (click title to reach site). This is a great resource for anyone you may have who may want basic information and/or for showing as part of an IEP to see if a family may have any interest, especially if it's not an IEP that works into a DVR caseload schedule.
Also, here are the steps to for referral. First, have the student fill out a referral form/application:

A DVR coordinator can also assist if accommodations or extra help is needed, such as referral via phone for someone with visual impairment
