All Fazoli’s Company Managers must have a signed copy of this form in their personnel file.

The information found in this online manual outlines certain policies and procedures which affiliates of Fazoli’s System Management, LLC utilize for its Company restaurants. Fazoli’s Franchisees are not required to follow the policies or procedures as they relate to administrative or employment practices of Fazoli's Company-owned restaurants. Fazoli’s' Franchisees are encouraged to adopt and implement their own administrative and employment practices, provided such practices do not interfere with Franchisees' obligations under the Franchise Agreement, or as set forth in Fazoli’s Confidential Operations Manual.

Fazoli’s Franchisees should consult local counsel before implementation of its policies and procedures.
